Ronaldo volleyed in a rebound just 50 seconds in, and Ronaldinho and Adriano followed with first-half goals for Brazil, which moved past Argentina and back to the top of the South American standings.
''We have every reason to be happy,'' Ronaldo said. ''It was marvelous. We played excellent soccer and we're the leaders.''
Bolivia scored four minutes after halftime on defender Edmilson's own goal.
Brazil (4-0-4) has 16 points after eight games; Argentina (4-1-3) has 15.
Bolivia (2-6-0) remained at the bottom of the 10-team group with six points.
